It is one of the most beautiful monuments built by the fifth Mughal emperor Shahjahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaj Mahal. With its incomparable architectural beauty, it is regarded as one of the seven wonders of the world.

This 42 meter high monument was built to in the memory of the 70,000 Indian soldiers, killed in the World War I. Built in sandstone it was designed by British architect Edwin Lutyens and its construction was completed in 1931. Today it is a popular hangout spot for tourists and local people.

The fascinating temples of Khajuraho were built during the reign of Chandela dynasty, in 10th century. These exquisitely carved temples represent the rich cultural heritage of India. It is now designated by UNESCO as a world heritage site for its archaeological and historical point of view.

Located at Delhi, it is perhaps the largest stone tower in India. This magnificent five storied building is an excellent example of early Indo-Islamic art and architecture. It is also listed in the list of World Heritage Sites of UNESCO.
